Kashmir violence: Another civilian dies

The latest victim of the violence in the valley has been identified as 22-year-old Bilal Ahmad Sheikh, who was injured last Saturday, Aug 14 in Singhpora village near Pattan town of Baramulla district during clashes between stone pelting mobs and the security forces.
"He succumbed to injuries in the hospital today (Monday) morning," a police officer said here, adding that curfew shall continue in nine police station areas of Srinagar city as a precautionary measure.
"It shall also remain in place in Sopore, Bijbehara and Pulwama towns," he added.
Besides this, restrictions continue to cripple north Kashmir's Trehgam, south Kashmir's Anantnag and some other towns in the Valley.
