Ghaziabad: Girl dies after beaten with iron rods
As per NDTV report, police have arrested the girl's sister and her husband and a case of murder and rape has been registered.
The police said the girl's uncle attacked her after Rs. 2000 was stolen from his house.
"They have been beating her for the past 3-4 days but yesterday when she started crying loudly the villagers reported to the police. Police rescued her immediately," said M M Beg, the Superintendent of Police (SP), Ghaziabad.
The girl died when she was taken to hospital.
