BJP MP involved in RTI activist murder

Ahmedabad, Aug 20: Bahadursinh Dhirubha Wader who was behind the murder of Right to Information (RTI) activist Amit Jethwa revealed before the Crime Branch about the involvement of BJP MP Bogha Solanki's relative in the case.

As per CNN-IBN report, Jethwa was shot dead from a close range near the Gujarat High Court on Jul 20 after he filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against illegal mining in Gir forest region.

The family of the slain activist and the Congress had openly blamed Solanki for the murder. The two accused in the case, Panchan Shiva and Wader are currently in police custody.
