No proof against Guj CM in Sohrabuddin case: CBI
According to CNN-IBN, CBI investigating the case has no evidence to nail Modi in the fake encounter case.
Earlier Modi was accused to had transfer the police officers related in the fake encounter case.
However, CBI officials said to CNN-IBN that transferring officers cannot be seen as a proof an involvement in the killings.
Narendra Modi accused that CBI is working on the behalf of Congress party in investigating the Sohrabuddin case.
Modi's close aide, Amit Shah was forced to quit as Gujarat minister of state for home after he was chargesheeted in the Sohrabuddin case and arrested.
Sohrabuddin was killed by the Gujarat police in a fake encounter in 2005.
He was alleged to be a terrorist planning to assassinate Modi to avenge the death of Muslims killed during the 2002 Gujarat riots.
