Ex-Janata Dal MP's sons kill youth in UP

Lucknow, Aug 12: Police filed a murder case against three sons of a former Janata Dal MP for killing a youth over a petty issue in Moradabad district, Uttar Pradesh.

Police reported that on Friday, Aug 13 three sons, Rahul, Atal and Kaushal, of ex-MP Hargovind Singh from Amroha, killed Mohammed Alam at their farm house in Pakarbarda.

"It all started when Alam along with his two friends stopped in front of the farm house gate to check about some address with the three brothers. The two sides thereafter started exchanging blows and later the brothers shot dead Alam while his two friends managed to escape. The three brothers are absconding. Teams have been constituted to nab them," said Rahul Yadvendra, Superintendent of Police.
