John McCain says 'Jersey Shore' star Snooki is 'too good looking' to go to jail

New York, Aug 12 (ANI): 'Jersey Shore' star Snooki, who was arrested in New Jersey, has found a rather strange ally in John McCain-the Republican thinks she is too cute for prison.

The Arizona Republican made the startling statement about the starlet while weighing in Wednesday on her recent arrest in Seaside Heights, N.J.

"I kind of think she might be too good looking to go to jail," the New York Daily News quoted McCain as saying on KMLE radio in Phoenix.

Snooki, whose real name is Nicole Pilozzi, was arrested last month for disorderly conduct after a tequila-fueled beach bender that ended with her getting hauled off in handcuffs while wearing a T-shirt that read "SLUT."

"You can't tell me what to do - I'm Snooki. Do you know who I am? 'm f------ Snooki," she yelled at officers.

According to reports, Snooki and McCain have something of a mutual admiration society going on.

Last month, Snooki told McCain's daughter Meghan McCain that she voted for her dad in the 2008 presidential election "because he was really cute" and "liked when he did his speeches." (ANI)
