No to fish following oil leak, BMC to Mumbaikers

Mumbai, Aug 10: Following the oil leak in Mumbai Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has asked Mumbaikars to take precaution in eating fish for some days as the sea water is contaminated due to collision of two cargo vessels.

In an advisory issued the civic body said people should take precautions while buying fish.

Fishermen should also avoid fishing in areas affected by the oil, a release issued by the BMC said.
