Malaysian driver rapes girl, 10, in school bus

Kuala Lumpur, July 29 (ANI): A Malaysian school bus driver reportedly raped a 10-year-old girl in full view of other students.

The driver was caught when a kindergarten teacher who was passing by, heard the girl's screams and alerted people came to her rescue.

The incident took place along Jalan Othman, Petaling Jaya.

It was reported that the driver stopped the bus by the roadside and then tried to rape the girl. He forcefully took of the girl's clothes while other children were watching, reports The Star Online.

Before handing him over to the police, the driver was beaten up by the people who came to save the girl.

"The bus driver has been remanded until tomorrow," Petaling Jaya Assistant Commissioner Arjunaidi Mohamed said. (ANI)
