CBI arrests BJP corporator in Sohrabuddin case
Ahmedabad, Jul 27: Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) corporator, Surendra Jirawala, in connection with the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case.
Surendra Jirawala was the owner of the Arham farm where fake encounter victim Sohrabuddin Sheikh's wife Kauser Bi was kept.
Jirawala is BJP corporator from Sabarmati constituency in Ahmedabad.
Earlier on Sunday, Jul 25, CBI arrested former Gujarat Home Minister Amit Shah in connection with the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case.
