Naga rebel NSCN(I-M) reacts against Jamir comments

Dimapur, Jul 26: Two days after former Chief Minister Dr S C Jamir of Nagaland said that all Nagas should join together for the naga peace talks, the naga rebel group led by Th Muivah NSCN and Isaac(I-M) reacted vehemently on his comment.

The NSCN (I-M) has said the group represented all Naga people and it was the “legitimate voice" of the Nagas. The historical facts of Naga political struggle will testify who is who in the movement.

Further,the NSCN(I-M) also said that Jamir's perception and ideas were only to divide the nagas and damage the very essence of Indo-Naga talks for greater Nagaland.
