Gujarat minister Amit Shah resigns
Ahmedabad, Jul 23: Gujarat minister for home Amit Shah has resigned.
On Friday, Jul 23 the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed the first charge sheet in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh murder case. The charge sheet accused Gujarat minister for home, Amit Shah, of murder, extortion and destruction of evidence.
On Friday, Jul 23, CBI has rejected anticipatory bail plea filed by Amit Shah.
In the charge sheet filed by CBI revealed that Amit Shah asked police officers DGP Vanzara, Rajkumar Pandyan and Abhay Chudasama to eliminate Sohrabuddin Sheikh.
