Amit Shah ordered to kill Sohrabuddin: CBI
Ahmedabad, Jul 24: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed the first charge sheet in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh murder case.
The charge sheet revealed that Amit Shah asked police officers DGP Vanzara, Rajkumar Pandyan and Abhay Chudasama to eliminate Sohrabuddin Sheikh.
The charge sheet accused Amit Shah, of murder, extortion and destruction of evidence.
The charge sheet accuses him of extorting Rs 5 crore from a group of seven Gujarati businessmen who had used gangster Sohrabuddin's fire power for recovery of dues.
On Friday, Jul 23, CBI has rejected anticipatory bail plea filed by Amit Shah.
