Aarushi's father applies in SC to bind media
New Delhi, Jul 22: Father of Aarushi, the teen, who was murdered in 2008, now moved to the Supreme Court on Wednesday, Jul 21.
Rajesh Talwar, the unfortunate father, applied to the court to restrict the media from indulging in the case irresponsibly.
A section of electronic media and that of the print media's report had damaged the reputation of Talwar family, claimed Rajesh Talwar.
Talwar said that the apex court had already asked the media to bound its indulgence in the Aarushi murder case.
But still media is keeping with its reporting on the matter.
The application is likely to come up before the Supreme Court for hearing on Jul 2010.
14-year-old Aarushi was found murdered in her home in Noida in Uttar Pradesh on May 16, 2008.
