Pak continues to violate ceasefire
Jammu, Jul 20: Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire again, by firing near the border of Jammu sector, on Monday, Jul 19.
According to the BSF officials, Pakistani troops targeted the Chak Phagwari Border Out Post in Pargawal sub-sector, with mortars and small arms fire around 10.00 pm.
"Troops guarding the border retaliated and the firing continued for over two-and-a-half hours and it ended late in the night," BSF officials said.
Till now no casualty in the firing is reported.
This was the seventh ceasefire violation by Pakistan along the LoC and International Border in less than three week time in the month of Jul.
Pakistani troops had targeted 6 Indian posts with rockets and small arms fire in Poonch sector on Jul 15 and 16.
