Militants have link with officials: NSA
New Delhi, Jul 20: National Security Adviser (NSA) Shivshankar Menon told that questioning of Pakistani-American terrorist David Coleman Headley revealed the links between official establishments and militants.
Shivshankar Menon explained that the links between militants and official establishments are growing stronger and this nexus has left no room for India to be optimistic.
"Headley's interrogation has revealed militant link with official establishments and the nexus with existing agencies is making it difficult," he said.
