Maha govt withdraws charges against Naidu
Nanded, Jul 20: After forcibly removing N Chandrababu Naidu to Aurangabad, now Maharashtra government had withdrawn all charges against him on Tuesday, Jul 20.
Nanded collector filed an affidavit in a local court on Tuesday, Jul 20 afternoon withdrawing all cases.
"We have been stating this since the beginning that false cases were registered against our leader and the delegation. But our agitation will continue. Our demand is still the same. We are not violating any law or taking law in our own hands," said MV Mysoora Reddy, TDP spokesperson.
Naidu with other TDP leaders were arrested by Maharashtra police on Friday, Jul 16 after entering into Dharmabad town to protest against the Bali dam on the Godavari river.
