I don't believe in Violence: Indresh Kumar
New Delhi, Jul 18: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh central working committee member Indresh Kumar said that there was a deep political conspiracy against the national forces to defame them.
Indresh Kumar, member of Akhil Bharatiya Karyakarini, the central working committee of RSS, said that both his and the party's name have been dragged into reports of some violent incidents in some parts of the nation. Some regrettable news reports have been presented in a sensational way by a section of the media to defame members of the Sangh, he added.
RSS had been working as a “desh-bhakt" (devotee of the motherland) for 85 years through various programs to create awareness among people in education and other areas, claimed Kumar.
He said that he never believed in violence as a 'swayamsevak' and have given great importance to maintaining transparency in all he does. I strongly criticize the false propaganda against me. The falsehoods being spread are part of a deep political conspiracy to spread lies about forces that are nationalist and motivated by the love of the motherland," he added.
Kumar's statement comes a couple of days after the witness statements claiming reports in the Malegaon and Ajmer Sharief blast cases saying that Indresh Kumar was mindful about the conspiracy to carry out bombings there.
