Don't sack A Raja: DMK tells Centre
New Delhi, Jul 13: As expected the M Karunanidhi-led DMK has told the Congress-led UPA government in the Centre that it would be unacceptable for it to sack the Union Minister of Communication and Information Technology, A Raja.
Last week, there were reports of the likelihood of a major cabinet shuffle and that a axe was hanging over DMK's A Raja has his credibility has been marred in the recent past over allegations of corruption over unethical distribution of 2G spectrum.
Now with the UPA's key ally in the south making its intentions clear, the government is left with no other option but to defer the cabinet reshuffling move.
