Uttar Pradesh: Four suicides in a single day

Muzaffarnagar, Jul 10: Depressed over not securing admission in a course, a B Com student here committed suicide by consuming poison.

The student, identified as Rajiv, died on Friday, Jul 9 in Adarsh Nagar colony, the police informed.

The student's suicide is just a single case among the four reported in a single day.

A man identified as Mir Hasan reportedly committed suicide as the girl he loved refused to marry him. In the third incident, another depressed man, Aman Surender Kumar committed suicide at Nagla village.

The fourth suicide report came from Bachan colony, where a married woman Deepa took her life by consuming poison over a family dispute.
