Obama finally hits 10m Facebook fans mark

Wellington, July 7 (ANI): US President Barack Obama has managed to attain 10 million fans on Facebook.

Obama, 48, was running neck to neck with 'Poker Face' singer Lady Gaga, 24, who became the first living person to touch the 10 million mark on the social network.

"Thank you for helping President Obama reach 10 million supporters on Facebook," the New Zealand Herald quoted Organising for America, which is Obama's political arm, as saying in a message.

"Let's continue the work of bringing change to our country. Ask your friends to join as well," it added. (ANI)
