New York, Jun 28: Landon Donovan has become star in media without scoring another goal. Media reports claiming that a woman from Britain carrying his child has torn the US football player's clean image.

"I was informed of the possibility during the World Cup, and if I need to take responsibility, then I will provide the appropriate support," said Donovan.
