Violence at G20 Summit in Toronto

Toronto, Jun 27: The protests turned violent in Toronto ahead of the G-20 Summit and police arrested more than 130 rioters who had face-to-face encounters with the cops. Thousands of protestors including Marxists, Communists and Progressives protested against capitalism, globalism and climate change.

Rioters set two police cars on fire and trashed down the stores to protest against Toronto police and other Canadian security forces. They also attacked media and the reporters and cameraman were assaulted. Mobile news van was damaged. The rioters even urinated upon the media people and their cameras.

Several people were injured during the outbursts by the demonstrators. Most of the protestors reached the place from outside Canada, mostly from united States.

Several business establishments were damaged in the protests. Several hospitals were locked down and obly the emergency services are open. Protestors were tear gassed several times. More violence is feared in the place.
