Shakir Hussian to be Haj Committee's new CEO

New Delhi, June 24 (ANI): The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Thursday appointed Dr. Shaik Shakir Hussian as new Chief Executive Officer, Haj Committee of India, Mumbai.

Hussain is a Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer and currently serving as Additional Director of Income Tax 9IT) in Hyderabad.

He will be replacing Mohd. Owais.

According to a statement issued by the MEA, Hussain wil have a tenure of three years starting from July 1. (ANI)
