Police fires at mob in Srinagar, one killed
Srinagar, June 20: One person was killed and five have been injured in clashes with security forces during a funeral procession in Srinagar on Sunday, Jun 20.
According to sources, angry protesters attacked the Noorbagh police post in Srinagar after attending the funeral of Muhammad Rafiq Bangroo, who died in hospital on Saturday, Jun 19.
Bangroo was allegedly beaten by security forces during clashes in the city's Safa Kadal area.
