Hands-on dad Federer hopes to return to form
London June 20 (ANI): Swiss tennis icon Roger Federer has admitted that he has not been in good form since the Australian Open because of his family issues, but now is hopeful about getting back to form.
"I'm a hands-on dad, I do the nappies, feed them, play with them, it has relaxed me, but the fact is since the Australian Open I have struggled to play my best," said Federer.
Last week, Roger Federer lost to Australian Lleyton Hewitt at Halle disappointing his fans.
"I had an uncomfortable time and those things can happen, but the fires still burn within and my love for tennis is there still, the Daily Express quoted him as saying.
"I want a seventh title here and to be the leading player in the world again.
Maybe the legacy I leave when I do stop would be a series of records that could never be broken. I would really like that, but not yet." He added. (ANI)
