Two Indians killed in a firing from Pakistan
Srinagar, Jun 20: In a firing from Pakistan, two Kashmirian civilian porters were killed and two Indian soldiers got injured on Sunday, Jun 20.
"The firing from the Pakistani started between 7 to 8 in the morning and two porters have been killed and two soldiers got injured," reported an official.
"It appears to be a ceasefire violation but can also be firing by infiltrators," the official said.
The firing incident on the Line of Control (LoC) - the de facto border that divides Jammu and Kashmir between India and Pakistan - comes days ahead of Home Minister P. Chidambaram's visit to Islamabad.
