Monsoon to hit Bihar soon

Patna, Jun 2: The much-awaited monsoon is likely to hit Bihar state between Jun 11 and 15, informed the weather office on Wednesday, Jun 2.

They said that monsoon clouds would hit the state after Jun 10, holding out relief to the people, particularty the farmers of the drought-prone Bihar.

The officials also informed that the monsoon will be normal this year.

Patna meteorological department director Animesh Chandra told that unlike last year, monsoon will not be delayed in the state, reports Zee News. Last year, government had to declare 26 of 38 districts drought hit, as the monsoon got delayed.
