Afghanistan alleges Pak ISI behind terror attacks
Kabul, May 26: Afghanistan blamed Pakistan's ISI behind the suicide terror strikes on Afghan. These include the attacks on the Indian embassy and the attack which killed six NATO soldiers, last week.
Saeed Ansari, the spokesman for Afghan intelligence, who conveyed the allegation also declared the arrest of seven people suspected for organizing the attacks.
"All the explosions and terrorist attacks by these people were plotted from the other side of the border and most of the explosives and materials were also brought from the other side to Afghanistan," Ansari said.
"The intelligence service of our neighbouring country has definitely had its role in equipping and training of this Taliban group ," he added referring to the ISI.
Ansari said the seven militants arrested over the past one week had got training in Pakistan and they had plotted around eight bombings which killed more than 37 people during 2009.
