Students caught in Facebook sex contest
Toronto, May 22 (ANI): An online game on Facebook that saw Grade 11 and 12 boys competing to see who can have sex with the most Grade 8 girls has prompted Surrey RCMP to educate the boys about the legal consequences.
The Metro Vancouver school district is taking hurried steps to stop the potentially illegal contest, reports the Globe and Mail.
Surrey School District spokesman Doug Strachan says according to the Facebook information, boys in senior grades at Lord Teedsmuir Secondary in suburban Cloverdale are involved.
Although no victims have been found yet, Strachan said that the children's parents had been informed and counsellors have spoken with Grade 8 students at the school.
It's not known how long the contest was under way. (ANI)
