Boy beheaded by classmates in Pune

Pune, May 10: A beheaded body of a 15-year-old boy was found hanging from a tree on the bank of river Mutha in the city, police said.

Abhishek Ghorpade's body was found hanging by a rope by a group of boys who had went to play cricket.

Police suspect that a reported tiff between the victim and some of his classmates in school few days back could have led to the gruesome incident.

Ghorpade's parents said that he had left home on May, 5, evening, to buy cake for a birthday party for a friend and said that he would be returning home late.
