India to consider Kasab's extradition

New Delhi, Apr 26: Replying to Pakistan demand for handing over Ajmal Amir Kasab, the lone surviving terrorist in the 2008 Mumabi terror attacks, India on Monday, Apr 26, said that it would decide on the issue after Kasab's trial in India is over, media reports said.

"We will decide on this issue when Kasab's trial ends," said External Affairs Minister SM Krishna.

Earlier on Sunday, Apr 26, Pakistan handed over a dossier to India demanding Kasab's extradition so that his confessional statement could be used in the ongoing 26/11 trial in Pakistan.
