Woman beaten to death by husband over dowry
Ghaziabad, Apr 16: In an apparent case of dowry, a woman was killed by her husband and his younger brother at Sant Pura in Modinagar, about 30 kms from here, police said on Friday, Apr 16.
Police inspector R K Singh said that 30-year-old Deepa was beaten to death by her husband and her brother-in-law over dowry demand.
While investigation into the matter is on, the victim's husband and her brother-in-law has been arrested as the prime suspects, police said.
