High-profile guests at Sania-Shoaib reception

Hyderabad, Apr 15: The much-awaited wedding reception of Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik is going to be a grand event with high-profile guests from India and Pakistan set to land here.

The guest list includes Federal Minister for Population Welfare Firdous Ashiq Awan, Shoaib's former team-mate Sohail Tanveer among others.

Over 1000 guests are expected at the reception celebrating the marriage between Indian tennis star and Pakistani cricketer.

Besides those who will be attending the party, celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abishek have already sent their wishes.

After several weeks of controversy, the couple finally got married on Monday, Apr 12. The simple nikah was followed by a Mehendi ceremony.

The cross-border couple will be hosting a 'walima' in Lahore while the Pakistan government has reportedly planned receptions at various places across the country.
