India's food inflation marginally slips to 17.22pc

New Delhi, Apr 15: India's food inflation eased slightly to 17.22 per cent for the week ended Apr 3, government data showed on Thursday, Apr 15.

Food inflation was at 17.70 per cent in the previous week.

The inflation for primary articles fell to 13.88 pc during the week from 14.50 per cent a week earlier.

Even, fuel and power inflation marginally slipped to 12.43 per cent as against 12.71 per cent in the previous week.
