Four killed in US restaurant shooting

Los Angeles, Apr 5: Four people have been killed and two others were injured when a gunman walked into a restaurant and opened fire on Sunday, Apr 4 in Los Angeles.

According to Los Angeles police department, three men died at the scene at the Hot Spot Mediterranean Cafe, while the other succumbed to his injuries.

The two injured people were taken to hospital where one is in a critical condition.

Police are hunting for the suspected gunman, described only as a white man around 30 years old.

"It's a very complex investigation that we are involved in right now," LAPD Deputy Chief Kirk Albanese said.
