AHA launches the eGourmet Challenge
Bangalore, Mar 23: American Hospitality Academy (AHA) has organised the eGourmet Challenge – a global online culinary demonstration competition.
The competition has been conducted to celebrate the historic launch of AHA's Online World Campus.
This will be held between Mar 21 to Apr 12, 2010 to promote hospitality and culinary arts.
High school graduates, college students eager to pursue a rewarding career in hospitality are encouraged to participate.
Participants will be required to create a 4 minute to 8 minute video of the preparation of one innovative appetizer from their country that would be appealing to all age groups and palatable to different cultures.
The purpose of the video is to inform the viewer about the appetizer being prepared while inspiring and developing the viewer's interest about your country and it's culinary delights.
All participants must have graduated from high school. Entrants under the age of 18 years of age will require permission of their parent/legal guardian to participate in the competition.
