207 Jharkhand officials yet to declare their assets
Ranchi, Mar 17 (ANI): The Jharkhand Government on Wednesday informed the State Assembly that 207 bureaucrats from the state are yet to declare their assets.
Replying to a question in the Assembly, State Human Resource Development Minister Hemlal Murmu said: "Only 54 of 100 IAS officers, 20 out of 65 IPS and 14 out of 130 IFS officers have filed property declarations since 2007."
Murmu further informed that the State Government can only send show cause notices to these officers and ask them to explain.
He said the State Government would issue the show cause notices and soon bring the matter to the Centre's attention. (ANI)
