'India awaiting Afghan's finding on Kabul blasts'
New Delhi, Mar 15: External Affairs Minister SM Krishna said that India is awaiting the findings of Afghan government's investigations on the Kabul suicide attacks on a guest house for Indians on Feb 26.
"We have requested them (Afghanistan) to go into the depth to know where the conspiracy was hatched to attack our embassy where seven innocent Indian lives were lost... We are awaiting the report with the conclusions that Afghanistan government would have arrived," he told reporters on the sidelines of the India-Africa conclave.
Expressing hope that such incidents would not occur again, the External Affairs Minister said that 'the level of security especially of the Indian mission has been hiked up' after the last attacks.
He said that the Afghan government too was doing its best to ensure the safety of Indians.
On Feb 26, seven Indians, including three army officers, were killed and nine others were wounded in the twin suicide blasts.
