Gujarat ATS nabs 4 Pakistani militants
Ahmedabad, Mar 14: The Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad on Sunday, Mar 14 arrested four suspected members of banned Hizbul Mujahideen, ATS sources said.
"We have arrested some people who were involved in unlawful activities in the state from the city," ATS chief Ajay Tomar told said in a news agency report.
However, he declined to give further details on the arrests.
According to sources, the detained terror suspects, allegedly have links with the Hizbul Mujahideen militant outfit and were active in the state.
Considering that the city is one of the hosts for the ongoing IPL matches, ATS said that security will be beefed up to ensure safe matches.
