Gibbs blames over-ordered burgers, pies for Obama's rising cholesterol
Washington, March 2 (ANI): White House press secretary Robert Gibbs has blamed fatty foods for US President Barack Obama's rising cholesterol.
The US president's health was much in discussion after his first health checkup since taking office showed that he still relied on nicotine gum and that his cholesterol level had shot up to 209.
Gibbs revealed too many cheeseburgers and desserts on Obama's plate over the last year may have something to do with the health concerns.
"He's just got to use a little more presidential restraint," Politico quoted Gibbs as saying.
He added: "You guys thought he, like, carried arugula around in his pocket to snack on and now all of a sudden he's breaking into my office looking for quarters for the vending machine." (ANI)
