5.7 scale earthquake shakes Kashmir
Srinagar, Feb 28: Kashmir valley experienced an earthquake of 5.7 magnitude on Sunday, Feb 28, officials said.
Aamir Ali, spokesman of Jammu Kashmir government said, "The 5.7 magnitude quake, with its epicentre located in the Hindukush mountain range of Afghanistan, hit Kashmir valley at 4:51 am."
However, there was no report of any casualties or damage to property so far, he added.
