Sukhna scam: Lt Gen Prakash gets partial relief
New Delhi, Feb 22: The Armed Forces Tribunal on Monday, Feb 22, gave interim relief to Lt Gen Avadesh Praskash in Sukhna land scam case.
The Tribunal gave two months to Gen Prakash to cross question witnesses in the case.
Gen Prakash had filed a petition challenging action against him in the Sukhna land scam.
He is facing court martial in the land scam for allegedly misusing his position.
Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor had given a go-ahead for Lt Gen Prakash's court martial on Defence Minister A K Antony's recommendation.
