'My performance is pretty close to zero,' says Chidambaram

New Delhi, Feb.19 (ANI): After serving the Government of India as Home Minister for nearly a year-and-a-half, P. Chidambaram does not rate his performance very well

When asked to rate his performance as Home Ministerby members of the Women's Press Corps here on Friday, Chidambaram said: "My performance is pretty close to zero. As Home Minister I need to interact with people more. I am having more press conferences and interaction with media in comparison to my stint as Finance Minister."

"I feel encouraged in doing my job, as the people's consciousness has been aroused. They are asking questions and this will help," he added. (ANI)
