Rathore interim bail extended till Apr 5

Chandigarh, Feb 15: The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Monday, Feb 15, adjourned the hearing of former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore's bail plea till Apr 5.

The interim bail extended to Rathore by the high court in the two fresh cases will continue till Apr 5.

The court adjourned the hearing of the anticipatory bail plea after the CBI counsel sought more time from the court.

The CBI had sought three weeks from the court to complete its investigations, allowing Rathore to get interim bail.

The high court had on Jan 25 granted interim bail to Rathore in two fresh FIRs filed against him for molesting Ruchika Girhotra on Aug 12, 1990.
