Rathore's appeal adjourned till Mar 10
Chandigarh, Feb 10: A court here on Wednesday, Feb 10, adjourned the hearing on SPS Rathore's appeal till Mar 10.
The bench comprising Additional district and Sessions Judge R S Attri said the Ruchika molestation case would be taken up for hearing on three consecutive days from Mar 10.
68-year-old Rathore and his lawyer-wife Abha were present during the proceedings.
On Monday, Feb 8, Rathore was stabbed thrice in the face with a pocket knife by Utsav Sharma, a student of the prestigious Ahmedabad NID posing as a journalist and said to be suffering from a psychological disorder.
The incident had occurred when Rathore was coming out of the court after a hearing.
