22 school students wounded in an accident
Rameswaram, Feb 10: Twenty-two students of Kendriya Vidyalaya School at Marackaiyar Pattinam were wounded in major collision between their school bus and the State transport corporation bus on Wednesday, Feb 10.
Six of the students were said to be under critical situation.
Police said that, 42 children of the the officials of "INS Parundu", a Goast Guard station at Mandapam in Ramanathapuram district, where traveling in the bus, when the incident took place.
The injured children have been taken to a government hospital at Ramanathapuram.
