Bomb blast injures 10 people in PoK
Muzaffarabad, Jan 27: At least 10 people have been injured on Wednesday, Jan 27, when a bomb exploded as security forces tried to defuse the device in PoK.
"The bomb was planted in a casket of milk in front of a local school in Rawalakot district," said Chaudry Mohammad Raqeeb, a senior administrative official.
He further said, "The school might have been the target, we are investigating."
According to reports, though the bomb squad was called in, the device exploded while they were at work.
A senior police official said, "Ten people including three policemen and four civil defence personnel were injured. One of the injured is critical."
