Ruchika case: Rathore gets interim bail
Chandigarh, Jan 25: In the latest update in Ruchika case, the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Monday, Jan 25, granted interim bail to former Haryana DGP SPS Rathore.
A division bench granted bail to Rathore in the two fresh FIRs filed against him.
The court also directed the CBI to give Rathore four days notice in case they need him for interrogation, or decide to arrest him.
Three FIRs have been filed against Rathore for molesting 14-year old teenager Ruchika in 1990s. Ruchika had killed herself three years after the incident.
