Jharkhand: Maoists kill college student
Jameshedpur, Jan 20: Suspected Maoists shot dead a college student on Wednesday, Jan 20, at Bodam in East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand.
Superintendent of Police, Navin Kumar Singh said, "Nineteen-year-old Malinder Singh was shot dead when returning home after Saraswati puja preparation last night at Khokro village."
Malinder Singh was an intermediate student of Chandil College.
"A police team rushed to the spot and recovered the body," police said.
