Prince William to receive his wings on Friday

London, Jan. 15 (ANI): Prince William will receive his wings today after completing an advance helicopter training course, taking him a step closer to becoming an RAF search and rescue pilot. rince William, known as Flight Lieutenant Wales, spent 12 months training at RAF Shawbury.

The second in line to the throne will graduate alongside fellow students at RAF Shawbury and will be presented with a flying badge by his father, reports the Daily Express.

The Prince of Wales, accompanied by the Duchess of Cornwall, will present long-service and operational medals to RAF personnel from the Shropshire base, before attending the graduation ceremony of the No 115 Multi-Engine Advanced Rotary Wing Course. (ANI)
